Party Buses Must Have Permit To Operate In Washington

Under new rules, party buses must have a permit to operate in Washington. Those without permits will face fines.

In addition, a chaperone other than the driver must ride along with underage passengers to ensure nobody is drinking.

The new rules follow a change in state law last year that clearly defines what a party bus is.
