iCars To Hold Show Floor Demos At International LCT Show

Team iCars engaged LCT East attendees with show floor demos Nov. 8-10, 2015 at Harrah's Atlantic City. They are bringing their exhibit to the International LCT Show, Feb. 29 to March 2.
LAS VEGAS, Nev. — The team behind iCARS, an on-demand ride reservation app that uses legal, licensed limousine companies, will feature a product demo throughout the exhibit hall hours Feb. 29-March 2 during the International LCT Show in Las Vegas.

iCARS drew a strong turnout for its on-the-spot demo sessions Nov. 8-10 during LCT-NLA Show East in Atlantic City, N.J.

At ILCT, the iCARS team of Daniel Shifrin, Gary Bauer and Wayne Ahora will hold successive 15-minute presentations along with one-on-one Q&As based on attendee interest and traffic flow.

iCARS, which launched last year in San Francisco and plans rollouts in major cities during 2016, held its first major promotional event around the Super Bowl 50, from Feb. 4-8. iCars ran a number of special point-to-point black car service offers in honor of the event.

Within the City of San Francisco, iCARS ran point-to-point luxury sedan service for $50 per ride. For this offer, up to four passengers had to be scheduled or booked on-demand through the iCARS mobile app, using a verified credit card.

For those traveling outside the city to celebrate, iCARS offered point-to-point service for trips of less than 60 miles for $188. Airport transfers during Super Bowl Week were: San Francisco International Airport to or from downtown San Francisco hotels, $94; Oakland International Airport to downtown San Francisco, $124; and Mineta San José International Airport to downtown San Francisco, $164.

iCars is emerging as a safe, legal app transportation network for limousine operators that offers a 85% / 15% revenue split between operators/iCars and maintains the duty of care and professionial quality of the limousine industry.

As an alternative to Uber, it goes beyond ordinary rideshare apps by enabling individuals and organizations to schedule immediate and/or future chauffeured car trips driven by professional, thoroughly-screened chauffeurs without the worry of “surge pricing” for customers, and without complicated, binding, lengthy contracts for operators.
