Operator Praised For His Limo Service, Charity Event

<a href="http://ift.tt/2fH2PY3. Jackson helped feed thousands of people every year during his foundation's Thanksgiving giveaway. (Credit: KTLA)
Jackson was the founder of Jackson Limousine Service, one of the top transportation companies in Southern California. Heavily patronized by A-list celebrities and regular folks, Jackson is the go-to limousine service for concerts, proms, weddings, funerals and other special events.

This Thanksgiving marks the 34th year the E.J. Jackson Foundation will donate turkey dinners with all the trimmings to residents in South Los Angeles. The tradition began in 1982, when several seniors approached him about providing food for Thanksgiving. They were not able to afford a turkey on their fixed incomes so he purchased 100 turkeys.

The next year he provided 200 turkeys and the following year 500. Last year, the E.J. Jackson Foundation provided 12,000 complete turkey dinners to seniors, the disabled, veterans, homeless wounded warriors, and people who just need a helping hand to brighten up their holidays.
