Uber Doesn’t Know The Meaning Of Customer Service

Cancer Survivor Claims Uber Driver Forced Her Out Of Car: The woman, whose illness left her with a speech impediment and a hole in her neck, claims an Uber driver dragged her out of his car because she was “not talking properly.” The Telegraph article here

Uber Sues City, Texas Attorney General’s Office Seeking To Block Release Of Public Info: At least that’s what the company wrote in its petition to a judge in Travis County about why public records requested by the San Antonio Business Journal should not be released, including fees paid to be able to pick up passengers at San Antonio International Airport and the number of Uber rides originating at the airport. Woman Sues After Uber Driver Allegedly Left Her Bleeding In The Street: A Los Angeles woman says an Uber driver attacked her this summer while she was on a business trip and stole her phone, and the TNC fought her and the NYPD’s efforts to bring him to justice. Gothamist article here
