How To Improve Reservation And Phone Skills

At the LCT-NLA Show East Nov. 13-15, reservationists or employees who manage a reservation team will learn tips on how to ensure their businesses are providing a positive experience the first and every time the reservationist is on the phone with a client. 

Presenters Lauren Gulino, director of global business development for Gem Limousine Worldwide, and Jonathan Erlich, CEO of Europe Limousine Service, will lead a reservation and phone skills training session during LCT-NLA Show East on Sunday, Nov. 13, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. as part of four Employee Training Sessions at Harrah’s Resort and Waterfront Conference Center.
