The operator has invested £3.2m million to grow its fleet in response to a 15% jump in executive car bookings over the last year. The company will add 100 new Mercedes Benz E-Class saloons to its existing fleet, which will make it the UK’s largest fleet of executive cars.
This investment will significantly increase the number of executive vehicles the company can offer to its clients. Addison Lee currently services 70% of the London FTSE 100 and will be putting the first batch of its executive fleet on the road this week.
The new Mercedes saloon is more fuel efficient than similar models, coupled with impressive refinements for the passengers and drivers alike including a new body shape that makes the vehicle incredibly quiet. The Mercedes E-Class is powered by new Euro 6 low emissions standard engines.
