LCT Award Winners & Their Wisdom To Appear In May Issue

<p>The annual LCT Operator of the Year Awards ceremony was held Tuesday, March 1, 2016 in a ballroom at the Mandalay Bay convention center in Las Vegas. The gala theme was the Roaring 1920s, called "The Great Industry Event."</p>LAS VEGAS, Nev. — One common trait of LCT’s business awards program is the winners and finalists alike detail how their companies constantly improve client service and all aspects of chauffeured operations. It underscores anew each year how winning operators rely on creative, tailored strategies to pursue excellence.

Finalists in each category were scored in six areas of operations by six individual judges for a maximum total score of 60 points. Highest scorers won. As usual, winners included a mix of first-time applicants and persistent, repeat finalists.

In the May post-Show issue of LCT Magazine, readers will see examples of best practices culled from the applications of the winners.

Until then, you may see the official photos of the winners in the LCT 2016 OOY Awards photo gallery.

<p>The sweetest victory of the awards night went to Christine Bennett and her son, Nathan (center) of Showcase Limousine of Boise, Idaho, winners in the 1-10 vehicles category.
