Uber Driver ‘Terrorized’ Women, Tried To Exchange Rides For Sex: Police said Xolani Mtsitsha of Boca Raton, Fla., “terrorized three women in the city this year,” and is being held on $150,000 bond in the Palm Beach County Jail. Uber Bans Driver After Drug-Related Arrest In California: An Uber driver arrested in Costa Mesa on suspicion of possessing a concealed knife, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and unprescribed Xanax has been banned from driving for the transportation network company, according to an Uber spokeswoman.
