GBTA Asks: What Is The Future Of Ground Transportation?

DENVER, Col. –- The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) will host a panel of ground transportation leaders forecasting future trends on July 19 during its annual convention in Denver.

The Future of Ground Transportation Panel will feature ground transportation leaders David Baga, Chief Business Officer of Lyft, and Scott Solombrino, CEO of Dav El/Boston Coach Chauffeured Transportation Network. It will be moderated by acclaimed journalist and international CNN anchor, Richard Quest. The panel will tackle crucial questions about the future of ground transportation, including a possible future with driverless cars.

The Tuesday morning panel will be held at Center Stage on July 19 at 9 a.m. MT. The GBTA Convention 2016 is being held July 16-20 in Denver.

“The ground transportation industry is advancing very rapidly while having to contend with consolidation, risk and regulatory challenges while driving innovation,” said Michael W. McCormick, GBTA executive director and COO. “These industry leaders will discuss the current and evolving landscape while addressing how travel buyers can balance traveler satisfaction and duty of care issues.”
