Michigan Limo Company’s Licenses Revoked

The company, which is also listed as either Entertainment Express or Entertainment Limousine, was operating vehicles that the state had previously ordered out of service, used vehicles it had not registered and had vehicles with major violations that “we felt posed an imminent threat to public safety,” says Jean Ruestman, manager of the regulatory unit.

MDOT found numerous problems with the company’s vehicles: insufficient emergency exits, frames that were “rusted through,” brake line and brake pad problems and inoperable turn signals, according to Rob Pearson, the regulatory unit’s manager.
