BUFFALO, N.Y. — Towne Automotive Group & Towne Livery are hosting a unique and fun-filled two-day event this weekend, Aug. 12-13, for operators to be among the first in the nation to fully experience the all-new 2017 Lincoln Continental. The thriller debut weekend kicks off with a cocktail party at Shea’s Performing Arts Center followed by test drives of a black-on-black Continental the next day at the Towne Lincoln facility. More than 200 people have registered for the event so far.
In addition, attendees are invited to attend a Saturday evening baseball game at Coco-Cola Field between the Buffalo Bisons and Pawtucket Red Sox — with a special appearance by Larry Thomas, the infamous “Soup Nazi — No Soup For You!” character from the Seinfeld show (1989-1998).
The test-drive event also will also raise money for KIds Escaping Drugs, an organization that supports programs for adolescents and their families suffering from alcohol and drug dependency/addiction.
Towne Auto’s commercial sales manager, David Bastian, is the host and coordinator of the weekend event.
