“I can’t get the idea for a four-door limousine out of my head,” said Wolfgang Dürheimer, head of Bugatti. “It’s one of the options we might look into again as a possible next project.”
This isn’t the first time Bugatti has considered such a thought. In 2009, the Galibier concept previewed a four-door sedan for the brand. But plans to bring the car to production never materialized. It was supposed to offer an 8.0-liter W-16 engine like the outgoing Veyron. Needless to say, it promised a decadent interior, and rumors at the time pointed to a price tag of around $2.5 million.
