Chauffeur Pleads Not Guilty To Charges In Long Island Crash

Chauffeur Carlos Pino has pleaded not guilty to criminally negligent homicide and other charges in the death of four passengers that occured during a crash with a pickup truck in Long Island wine country in July 2015.

The pickup truck driver, Steven Romeo, has been charged with driving while intoxicated. His attorney says Romeo claims he wasn’t driving drunk at the time.
