LAS VEGAS— As more and more operators add buses to their operations, or are thinking about entering the lucrative motorcoach market, two must-attend sessions at the upcoming International LCT Show will arm attendees with expert insight, strategies and best practices to maximize your bus business.
The first session, Ask The Manufacturers: Prevost, ABC and MCI, will be held on Tuesday, March 1, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Representatives from leading bus manufacturers will update attendees on the latest technologies, safety features, and amenities of modern buses, as well as tips on how to buy a new or used bus, and strategies to help market and position your bus operation.
Moderated by veteran bus operator Gary Bauer (Bauer’s Intelligent Transportation) the panel includes Steve Zeigler, Director Business Development, Prevost; Roman Cornell, Executive Vice President, ABC Companies; and Mitch Guralnick, Vice President, Pre-Owned Coach Sales, MCI.
The following day on Wednesday, a panel of veteran—and successful— bus operators will share their knowledge and expertise at the 2 p.m.- 3:20 p.m. session, Best Practices and Lessons Learned Operating, Servicing and Maintaining A Successful Bus Operation.
The panel will discuss a wide range of topics to run a cost-effective bus fleet, maximize bus purchase return on investment, and increase your bottom line. The discussion will focus on reducing yard costs, maintenance, safety, training, and operations.
Panelists include, Tom Holden, Rose Chauffeured Transportation, Gary Bauer, Bauer’s Intelligent Transportation, and Bedford Wynne, Wynne Transportation. Tom Halligan, LCT East Coast Editor will moderate the session.
