“The Ford Transit Van has been very popular,” said Barry Trabb, President of Complete Fleet, located at the Maplecrest Ford Lincoln dealership in Union. “Since we introduced it in 2015, we’ve put almost 200 of them on the road. They work great for corporate clients, but created the new Platinum model because we’ve been receiving many requests for a Transit Van model that incorporates additional features and a more comfortable and plush interior. What we came up with is perfect for corporate clients, large families, and travel to special events.”
Conversions to a Transit Van can add almost 30% to the purchase price, Trabb said, but the Complete Fleet Platinum model offers the luxuries of a conversion for a fraction of the cost because only “the essentials” are upgraded. Complete Fleet’s Platinum Transit Van starts at $54,900.
“We are proud to partner with RWI Limousine Repair to create this Platinum model for our customers,” Trabb said. “We added beautiful top-grain leather with perforated inserts and gray stitching, as well as an exotic wood floor that brings a level of elegance. The lights on the steps facilitate getting in and out with ease, and the 2017 model has a deployable running board, which further improves safety. To better meet passenger needs, we’ve installed 14 USB ports, since we know maximizing battery life is always a priority.”
The conversion process on the Platinum Livery Edition takes about one week, and Complete Fleet plans to keep them in stock for the clients they serve nationally.
For operators who keep their Transit Vans moving, a “premium” extended warranty is available, turning Ford’s 3 year/36,000-mile warranty into 4 years/125,000 miles. Serving the fast-paced New York City metro area, Complete Fleet ensures its chauffeured transportation customers get “priority service” for maintenance and repairs. Three full-time techs help reduce vehicle downtime and get them back on the road ASAP. The service area features lifts that can handle limousines and Transit Vans, and a vast stock of limousine/livery parts and products.
The Complete Fleet Livery Sales team has almost 90 years of combined experience in the chauffeured transportation industry, enabling the company to deliver exceptional fleet sales and service. Trabb started as a chauffeur in 1986, giving him a unique insight into the industry. He has been selling and servicing vehicles since 1999. Bruce Cirlin, the company’s sales expert, has more than 40 years of industry experience. And Dino Olivares, Complete Fleet’s financing expert, has worked in the industry 17 years.
