Chauffeur, Staff Training Coming To LCT East

<p>Education is always a priority at the LCT-NLA East Show</p>ATLANTIC CITY— Given that operators are constantly recruiting new chauffeurs and customer service staff—both groups that serve as the “face” of your company—it’s critical employees be properly trained to ensure clients receive a memorable experience from reservation to pick up and delivery.

This year at the annual LCT-NLA Show, set for Sunday, Nov. 12 through Tuesday, Nov. 14, at Harrah’s Resort and adjacent Waterfront Conference Center will feature four employee training courses focused on improving chauffeuring customer service and communication skills.

The sessions are all grouped together on Sunday, the opening day of the show, which allows you to bring your team to attend these valuable sessions and experience the excitement and camaraderie of an industry trade show and conference.

The training courses are being held Sunday, Nov. 12, from 10 a.m. to Noon:

10 a.m.–11 a.m.: Chauffeuring 101: Defensive Driving

So many aspects of your company depend on your chauffeurs practicing safe, defensive driving skills. Your chauffeurs will learn the “Rules of the Road” to protect both your assets and clients.

Presenter: Mike Barreto, Flyte Tyme Worldwide

10 a.m.–11 a.m.: Chauffeuring 102: Etiquette/Customer Service

Your chauffeur is the face of your company and can make or break your clients’ experience. This session will teach new and veteran chauffeurs alike how to provide your clients with the service they expect and deserve.

10 a.m.–11 a.m.: Dispatch Excellence

A skilled dispatcher will ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time. Your dispatchers will learn how to put the pieces in place that will maximize your company’s efficiency and guarantee seamless operations.

Presenter: Jeff Shanker, RMA Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation

11 a.m.-Noon: Reservation and Phone Skills

Your reservationist is the first contact both current and potential clients have with your company. Your reservationist will learn tips on how to ensure your business is providing a positive experience—the first and every time.
