Cadillac on Nov. 2 announced the arrival dates and starting MSRP prices for its new 2016 CT6 sedan. The flagship for the luxury automaker will come in three engine choices and a broad range of high-technology systems and luxury amenities when it hits dealerships in March 2016. The three engine choices are:

1. CT6 2.0L Turbo — Starting at $54,490

2. CT6 3.6L V6 with AWD — Starting at $56,490

3. CT6 .0L Twin Turbo V6 with AWD — Starting at $65,390.

The top-line CT6 Platinum model starts at $84,460.

[These MSRPs are not livery/limo prices, which have not yet been released through Cadillac Professional Vehicles].

Customers can place orders now with dealers and view additional product information at cadillac.com.

The CT6 will have a rear camera mirror, enhanced night vision technology, and a 34-speaker Bose Panaray audio system. The Cadillac 3.0L twin turbo V-6 engine has 400 horsepower (298 kW) and 400 lb-ft of torque (543 Nm); the 3.6L V-6 has 335-horsepower; and the 2.0T four-cylinder engine is an award winner. All engines are paired with eight-speed automatic transmissions.

Cadillac will release more details about its CT6 PHEV model closer to the vehicle’s March launch.

The 2016 CT6 will be built at the Detroit-Hamtramck assembly plant on the east side of Detroit. In April, Cadillac auctioned the first retail production CT6 to benefit the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute.
