Uber Driver Who Crashed With Passenger Onboard Has Long Record Of Driving Infractions: A copy of driver Jean Paul Caillot’s driving record shows several violations dating back to 1986, including two since 2010. That record includes citations for speeding, as well as failures to stop and two citations for driving without an inspection sticker. Uber Driver Allegedly Had Marijuana: After getting pulled over for texting and driving, the man told the officer he was “with Uber” and was using his phone to respond to a rider’s message. After searching the vehicle, officers found a glass baby food jar containing two marijuana blunts.
