ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — Focused on educating small operators, two special interactive sessions, Hot Topic Roundtable for Small Operators: Operations, HR/Personnel, Sales & Marketing and Hot Topic Roundtable For Small Operators: Technology, Customer Service, And Fleet, are slated for the upcoming LCT-NLA Show East at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City on Monday, Nov. 14, 10:40 a.m. to 11:50 a.m., and Tuesday, Nov. 15, 9:30 a.m. to 10:25 a.m., respectively
“Regardless of the size of you company, having sound policies and procedures in place allows for the efficient and proper running of your business,” says Monday’s session presenter Kyara Kahakauwila, co-owner of L.A. Limousine & Transportation Services in Victoria, Canada. “This session will arm you with information you can immediately put in place in your company,” she notes.
Greg Pruitt, owner of Kings Worldwide Transportation in Oklahoma City, Okla., adds, “We’ll be sharing with attendees best practices for managing employees, strategies to train your staff, and tips on how to set a realistic budget.”
