Why Did A Woman Fall Out Of A Party Bus?

<p>A 23-year-old woman was killed on Jan. 9, 2016 after falling from a party bus in downtown Vancouver. (CTV News).</p>VANCOUVER, B.C. — The British Columbia Limousine Association wants answers following a tragic accident over the weekend where a young woman fell out of a party bus and was run over by the vehicle.
