IRVINE, Calif. –- Cli Worldwide Transportation just hired longtime industry executive Frank Casara as its vice president of operations and chauffeur development. Cli said in its announcement Casara will enhance the leadership and overall quality the company, one of the largest chauffeured transportation providers in Southern California.
“I believe my past experience will complement the success Cli has already achieved and look forward to being a part of their continued growth,” Casara said in a press release.
With more than 27 years of industry experience, Casara previously worked in multiple roles at Dav El / BostonCoach and Torrey Pines Transportation that included general management, business development, chauffeured service, and reservations.
“Frank’s personality, industry knowledge and leadership skills as well as his concern for client care are some of the reasons I felt this was a great move for both of us,” said Cli Worldwide President Joe Magnano. “Our company’s culture and Frank’s work ethic will be some of the formula needed to help further enhance our customer experience.”
At Cli, Casara will revise and manage all chauffeur training programs, chauffeur enhancement programs, chauffeur monitoring and accountability, vehicle licensing and permitting, and other daily operational procedures. He will also advise and work with chauffeur mentors at both company facilities in Irvine and San Diego, the Cli Dispatch team, events staff, and the fleet department.
For over 23 years, Cli Worldwide Transportation has provided corporate and meeting event transportation to the Orange County area. It has more than 85 employees. Magnano said the reasons for asking Frank to join Cli were clear from the beginning.
“Frank shares our values and our focus on professionalism, and places the same strong emphasis as we do on the customer experience,” he said. “He has shown himself to be an extraordinary leader throughout his career and has a proven track record.”
