Virginia Beach Uber Driver Charged With Raping Passenger

<p>Courtesy of the Virginia Beach Police Department</p>Sewanou Bisile Yoro, 34, of Norfolk was arrested March 6 on charges of abduction, rape, and aggravated sexual assault. He is being held without bond in the city jail.
